Chicken nuggets recipe

Juicy morsels of chickeny goodness
Serves: 4
Prep time: Less than 15 minutes
Cooking time: Less than 15 minutes
Ingredients:
chicken thigh fillets
2 tbsp plain flour
freshly ground black pepper
sea salt
paprika
groundnut oil for frying
Preparation:
Add the black pepper, sea salt and paprika to the flour and mix.
Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
Place the seasoned flour into a plastic bag and toss the chicken thigh pieces in the flour until coated.
Fry the chicken in batches until lightly browned.
