Huevos Turkos (Mexican style Turkish Eggs) recipe

A Mexican adaptation of a classic Turkish spicy egg breakfast.

Serves: 1 person

Preparation time: 2 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

Cheddar Cheese, grated 3oz
El Pato salsa
(Sauce) 220g
Eggs 2
Butter 1 tsp

Preparation:

Heat the butter in non-stick pan. Add half of the El Pato sauce in the pan and crack two eggs into the pan making sure not to break the yolk and add the remainder of the sauce to the pan. Finally add the cheese and cover the pan on a low heat until the cheese melts.

Serve with toasted bread.
